Meet the Artist
Misty Lewis is an abstract expressionist painter from North Idaho who draws inspiration from her interpersonal relationships. Misty's wet-on-wet painting technique creates a depth of textures and movement, evoking strong emotions from the viewer.
My Story
I have been painting for six years on and off after finding inspiration in the way preschoolers chose what to paint based on what they enjoyed rather than trying to copy something specific or to make it perfect. Since then, I have been painting as a creative outlet to express my feelings and connect with others who may be experiencing the same things I have.
